As of April 20, 2015, the Partners Innovation office implemented InfoEd PD to process requests for Confidential Disclosure Agreements (CDA), Materials Transfer Agreements (MTA), and Sponsored Research Agreements (SRA). This new method of proposal submission for Innovation was instituted to provide harmonization of the process used for processing of contracts in other research support groups, to allow greater transparency with regards to monitoring the status of agreements, and to allow Innovation greater capacity to measure workflow volume and turnaround times in order to optimize efficiencies.
The Innovation proposal submission process is very similar to the PCRO proposal submission process, and will allow investigators to track the status of proposals through the same deliverable tracking process as other proposal types.
Effective April 20, 2015, all requests for CDAs, MTAs, or SRAs must be submitted to Innovation through InfoEd.
InfoEd can be accessed through the link in your Partners icon, or by clicking here. The attached document contains helpful instructions for submitting a proposal for an MTA, CDA, or SRA in InfoEd.
